Company Name : OTB Korea Job Title : Wholesale Specialist – Luxury Group (Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, Marni) Report to : Wholesale Sr.Manager Location : Seoul, Korea MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Wholesale Specialist will directly support the Wholesale Senior Manager in driving business growth and managing day-to-day operations with wholesale partners to achieve channel sales targets. Order Management – Prepare/report order budget by client by season, Issue order confirmation Shipment Management – Delivery tracking, Weekly Invoicing, Shipment confirm to achieve sales target Report weekly/monthly actual sales vs. budget, seasonal order progress Analysis – Prepare sales reports and performance review, Collect seasonal order feedback from client and report to HQ, sell in & sell out monitor Ad-hoc task upon HQ and client requests Qualification: BA degree or above with relevant major preferred Min. 4 years of retail experience; preferably in retail industry Strong attention to details and ability to multi-task, proactive problem-solving mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in spoken and written English Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office Working knowledge of SAP system is plus How to Apply?
