Job Location: Butler, WI Job Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 3rd Compensation: $35.02 /hr Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Maintain optimum functionality of all plant equipment and systems Perform equipment inspections and complete predictive and preventive maintenance activities, including data entry Repair, troubleshoot, and modify equipment and systems as needed Inspect facility buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs Determine both immediate and long-term maintenance and repair requirements Create and manage work orders using maintenance computer software Complete, sign, and submit work orders to the Maintenance Supervisor with accurate documentation Perform maintenance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor Identify and communicate follow-up work requirements Support continuous improvement of equipment and conditions across all facility departments Collaborate effectively as a team member while maintaining a positive attitude Promote and communicate maintenance and reliability best practices throughout the organization Perform additional duties as required Housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment Attending safety training sessions Participating in team communication and operational meetings Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Ability to read and comprehend manuals and SOP's Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, have strong organizational, troubleshooting, and analytical skills Experience with the use of and measuring of instruments/precision tools, fasteners, piping/fittings & valves, cutting and welding, packing/sealing/gasket products, air/steam traps, rotating shaft components, filtering media and rigging Ability to work 12 hour shifts and extended shifts, including week-ends, holidays and on-call, the ability work outside in all types of weather, climb ladders and work from heights, and the ability to work in a potentially physically strenuous environment. Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division Preferred Qualifications AA or 2 year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance Mechanics Minimum 2 years’ experience in Industrial Maintenance High school diploma or GED Demonstrate computer skills including data entry and data retrieval Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet
