In this role, you will: Lead, develop, and retain an effective sales organization focused on profitable revenue growth, market share, and excellent customer experience. Create an environment centered on safety, quality, integrity, inclusion, and accountability while supporting compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Align teams around business priorities, strategic initiatives, performance expectations, and annual operating objectives. Support organizational performance through clear goal setting, ongoing coaching, talent development, feedback, and accountability for key performance indicators and business results. Lead territory financial planning and budget management, including forecasting, resource allocation, expense management, and achievement of financial objectives. Develop and execute sales, marketing, channel, and account management strategies that deepen customer relationships, support revenue growth, improve profitability, and advance long-term business objectives. Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers, distributors, contractors, industry partners, and other key stakeholders to strengthen market presence and identify opportunities for growth. Facilitate presentations and strategic discussions with customers, business partners, industry groups, and cross-functional teams to support customer engagement, product adoption, and market development. Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to support product launches, market execution, sales forecasting, and customer needs. Stay connected to market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and inform business strategy. Use data, analytics, forecasts, and performance measures to assess business results, identify opportunities, and continuously improve commercial performance. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline. 7+ years of relevant industry experience. 7+ years of sales leadership or people-management experience. Experience developing and implementing sales strategies that contribute to revenue growth, market share, and customer success. Experience recruiting, developing, coaching, and supporting effective teams. Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial performance measures, and data-informed decision-making. Ability to evaluate market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and business opportunities to inform strategy and execution. Effective communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across different levels and functions. Analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work through complex business challenges, support change, and identify opportunities for improvement. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, and other sales enablement technologies. What We Offer • Base salary: $171,350 - $233,893 annually, based on experience, education, and geographic location. • Annual Bonus: Eligible for participation in Viega's discretionary annual bonus program based on company and individual performance.
