Main responsibilities: suppliers related to the proper functioning of the plant Monitors timely payments to state institutions and companies Provides periodic maintenance of equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the plant (ventilation chambers, pumps, VRF, humidifiers, chillers, boiler room, nitrogen room, compressors, etc.) Responsible and monitors the proper functioning of the BMS (Building Management System) Prepares action plans in case of repeated and prolonged interruptions of the work process due to technical failures Responsible for the fire system and the security system in the building.
