Find out more about us on https://ams-osram.com Your new responsibilities Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of complex test yield and quality issues. Optimize test processes to improve yield, throughput, uptime, and cost of test Analyse test data and trends using data driven methodologies to identify improvement opportunities and prevent escapes Define and enforce test process standards, best practices, and documentation. Support NPI activities, including test readiness, characterization, correlation, and production ramp Support customer and internal audits by providing technical expertise and documentation. Mentor and technically guide junior and mid-level engineers and act as a technical escalation point for critical manufacturing issues Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time Who we are looking for Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum of 7 Years Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing in a Test Product engineering role or equivalent position With experience on both Final Test and Wafer Sort test processes, LTX X-Series and DiamondX testers Knowledgeable in Digital and Mixed Signal test Methodologies Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt , 8D, FMEA is an advantage Please contact Soi Kim Kee for further information via [email protected] or +65 () 62402395 .
