Job Overview The Continuous Improvement Analyst II plays a key role in driving the plant’s digital transformation journey by combining Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Data Analytics, and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational performance. The position is responsible for identifying manufacturing improvement opportunities, developing digital tools and dashboards, and implementing automation and smart manufacturing initiatives that support data-driven decision-making and sustainable business results. Key Responsibilities Lead TEOA deployment, Lean maturity improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Drive Lean Manufacturing, VSM, Kaizen, and process standardization projects to improve operational performance. Lead the plant's digitalization roadmap by developing and implementing digital solutions, including Power BI, Power Apps, automated workflows, and smart manufacturing technologies. Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualization solutions by collecting and analyzing production data to support data-driven decision-making. Identify manufacturing bottlenecks and drive AI, automation, and Industry 4.0 solutions to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams to implement digital transformation initiatives and drive adoption of new technologies. Collect, consolidate, and validate production data from multiple sources to improve operational visibility and support data-driven decision-making. Lead cross-functional improvement and digital transformation projects from concept through implementation, collaborating with site and global stakeholders. Facilitate training, coaching, and change management activities to drive adoption of Lean, Digitalization, and AI solutions. What your background should look like Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Digitalization, Digital Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or Smart Manufacturing. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, VSM, Kaizen, and Process Improvement. Hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Dashboard Development, and Data Visualization (e.g., Power BI). Experience leading Digital Transformation, AI, Automation, or Industry 4.0 initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes with the ability to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Experience developing digital solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, or similar technologies. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Good English communication skills and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
