As a Logistics Acceleration Manager , you will lead logistics transformation and business improvement initiatives across warehousing, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain operations. You will drive operational excellence, digitalization, sustainability programs, and cross-functional projects that improve service, productivity, compliance, and cost performance. A DAY IN THE LIFE As a Logistics Acceleration Manager, you will: Lead logistics transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects across warehousing and transportation operations. Drive Logistics Call to Arms (LC2A) initiatives and deliver sustainable savings through cross-functional improvement programs. Build and manage a pipeline of cross-functional projects to improve service, productivity, compliance, and cost performance. Act as the logistics representative in end-to-end business improvement programs and promote best practices across functions. Drive digitalization, analytics, and sustainability initiatives across warehouse and transportation operations. Leverage data and digital tools to identify opportunities, measure impact, and support decision-making. Collaborate with Distribution Centers, Transportation, Customer Service, Factory Supply Chain, IMEX, Export teams, and logistics partners to deliver business results. Support the adoption of Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE), logistics tools, and new system functionalities while ensuring compliance with logistics standards and governance requirements. Benchmark internal and external best practices to identify opportunities for operational excellence and business improvement. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, supply chain excellence, or continuous improvement. Experience leading logistics transformation, operational excellence, or business improvement initiatives is highly preferred. Working knowledge of SAP TM, WMS, and Power BI. Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or complex supply chain environments is an advantage. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, change management, and process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
