As an assembly worker, you help build high-quality technical products. You work together with colleagues and follow clear work instructions. Your work is important, because you help make sure the final product is good, safe and reliable. Your tasks: - Assembling technical parts and products - Working with technical drawings and work instructions - Checking parts and final products for quality - Recognizing and reporting deviations - Thinking along about improvements - Keeping your workplace clean and safe What are the working hours? You will work in a day shift. You start between 06:00 and 07:00 and work 8 hours a day. Who are you? You do not need years of experience. Motivation and accurate working are more important. You: - Have an interest in technology or production - Are handy with electric tools - Work accurately and have an eye for quality - Like to learn new things - Can work well in a team - Speak English or Dutch to understand the work instructions - Have experience in assembly, or would like to learn What do you get? As an assembly worker at VDL, you receive a gross hourly wage between €16.25 and €17.--, depending on your experience. This salary is paid out weekly, on Friday.
