What You'll Do: - Fabricate and weld steel components (2mm-10mm) to exacting standards. - Ensure all work meets quality specifications-no faults forward. - Read and interpret engineering drawings to build and tack weld assemblies. - Support team initiatives, recovery plans, and continuous improvement efforts. - Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. What We're Looking For: - Experience: MIG & MAG welding, medium-heavy fabrication, and working to tight tolerances. - Skills: Ability to spot and correct visual faults, read engineering drawings, and work flexibly across departments. - Qualifications: Welding/fabrication certifications and relevant training courses. - Mindset: A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to safety, punctuality, and quality.
