We are looking for a colleague who enjoys meticulously checking invoices, contracts and reports, and who also thinks about how we can organise this even more smartly and efficiently. What are you going to do? As Mobility & Data Contract Manager, you are the financial and administrative linchpin in our team. You ensure that suppliers adhere to financial agreements, check invoices, and make sure everything is processed neatly and on time. Thanks to your sharp eye and analyses, we achieve savings and maintain control over our clients' vehicle fleets. Additionally, you actively contribute to improving our processes and data processing. Automating, working smarter, and bringing colleagues along: that's what we consider important. Naturally, you'll work extensively within our own Hubble Fleet Management system, where you'll also identify areas for improvement. You work closely with your colleagues from Data, Fleet Management and Control. You regularly report on the results and help the team to further professionalise.
