Core responsibilities - Develop and maintain ESG macroeconomic and sector analyses (e.g., climate risk, transition pathways, biodiversity, social impact, regulation). - Translate complex ESG data and policy developments into actionable research notes, reports, and presentations. - Build scenarios and quantify ESG-related impacts on growth, inflation, commodities, trade, and financial stability. - Collaborate with sector specialists and stakeholders to integrate ESG insights into broader research agendas. - Engage with internal and external audiences through briefings, events, and media-ready commentary. - Monitor emerging ESG standards and disclosure frameworks; assess relevance for clients and portfolios. Required skills and qualifications - Strong foundation in economics, econometrics, or quantitative analysis; ability to link ESG themes to economic outcomes. - Experience with ESG research topics, sustainability policy, and data sources; comfort working with ambiguous datasets. - Excellent writing skills for executive-level audiences; ability to communicate clearly and concisely. - Analytical tooling skills (e.g., spreadsheets, statistical software, or programming) to model and visualize insights. - Stakeholder management and collaboration skills across multidiscip...
