The duties of the Account Managers go hand in hand with those of our (Personal) Trainers. While the (Personal) Trainer focuses on energetic group classes and floor supervision, as an Account Manager, you will primarily engage with our (potential) members. You identify the needs of (potential) members and ensure that goals are made very concrete, whether it is a specific physical goal or support on a mental level. You conduct tours for new members and sign them up. Every 8 weeks, you conduct a progress meeting with all members. Are they on track? Great! Are they off track? Then you engage with them and use your excellent coaching techniques to ensure our members achieve real result...
