In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our site logistics operations, working closely with drivers, internal teams, and the Gatehouse function. You'll help manage vehicle flow, documentation, and compliance, contributing directly to safe and efficient operations. This is a hands-on, site-based role offering the opportunity to build your experience in logistics administration within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You'll join a small, supportive team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are part of the day-to-day. We know there's a lot to learn, from site processes and documentation to systems and compliance requirements, so you'll receive dedicated support and training during your onboarding. What you'll do - Support logistics operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant site activities: - Manage inbound and outbound vehicle movements, ensuring safe and efficient site traffic flow - Operate Gatehouse and weighbridge activities, supporting daily site logistics operations - Liaise with drivers and logistics partners to ensure compliance with site safety and PPE requirements - Support transport and logistics activities, including driver instructions and coordination on site - Prepare and manage delivery documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping - Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support compliance and traceability - Work closely with transport and site teams to ensure smooth coordination of loading and unloading activities - ...
