Warehouse Operator Vacancy ID: 4485 | Location: Waddinxveen, Logistics Centre Rotterdam, DACHSER Netherlands B.V. | Employment: Full-time | Contract: Fixed-term | Job category: Warehousing / Order Picking; Road Transport / Freight Forwarding As a Transit Terminal Operator, you will work in the cross-dock warehouse at DACHSER in Waddinxveen, part of our Logistics Centre Rotterdam in the Netherlands. Together with your colleagues, you make sure that goods are loaded, unloaded and processed safely, accurately and on time. You will work with an electric pallet truck (EPT) and a handheld scanner. As our logistics operation runs around the clock, you may work different shifts depending on the operation and your availability. "Together, we make sure every shipment leaves safely and on time." Your main tasks are: - Loading and unloading trailers and swap bodies. - Moving pallets with an electric pallet truck (EPT). - Scanning goods with a handheld scanner. - Placing goods in the correct location in the warehouse. - Checking whether goods are properly packed. - Reporting damage or other issues to your supervisor. Working hours You work 40 hours per week. You can work different shifts, depending on the operation and your availability.
