You'll also perform visual quality checks and prepare orders for production while maintaining an organized workspace. Your role ensures smooth operations and adherence to quality standards. You'll collaborate closely with a small team of 3-6 colleagues, fostering a supportive and efficient environment. During your first month, you'll receive structured training and guidance from an experienced colleague, helping you master each task step by step. This hands-on approach ensures you can confidently work independently in a well-organized and streamlined setting.
