Your main responsibilities include: > Reading and interpreting technical drawings and 3D models. > Preparing constructions by cutting, drilling, bending, and fitting aluminium parts. > Assembling and building aluminium structures according to drawings. > Performing tack welds and verifying dimensional accuracy. > Setting up tools, jigs, and workbenches. > Collaborating with colleagues from the welding, assembly, and finishing departments to achieve the best results together. > Working closely with the Foreman and Production Team Leader - where precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork are key. Who are you? > A technical vocational qualification (MBO or equivalent) in metalwork, fabrication, or mechanical engineering. > Several years of experience in sheet metal or fabrication work; aluminium experience is a plus. > You work neatly, accurately, and pay strong attention to detail. > You are independent, flexible, and enjoy working as part of a team. > You speak and understand Dutch and/or English.
