As an Intermediary, you are responsible for the entire process: from maintaining client relationships to finding and guiding candidates. You know what's going on with clients and effortlessly translate this into concrete job openings. At the same time, you speak with candidates, conduct intake interviews, and ensure they start their new roles well-prepared. You continuously switch between different requests and functions, making no two days the same. Your commercial mindset and people skills allow you to make the right matches.
