Conditions Easter Easter Terms and Conditions of Euromast Horeca B.V. in Rotterdam 2025 - You purchase a ticket for the Easter breakfast on April 20th or 21st at €59.50 per person aged 12 and older, and €32.50 per person aged 4 to 11 years. - You will be placed at 1 table per reservation. Maximum 13 people per reservation. - Arrival can be reserved between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. The package lasts until 11:30 am at the latest. - Free cancellation is possible in writing up to and including 2 weeks prior. Do you have a reservation for the Easter breakfast on Sunday, April 20th, 2025? You can cancel free of charge until Sunday, April 6th, 2025 . If you have a reservation for the Easter breakfast on Monday, April 21st, 2025, you can cancel free of charge until Monday, April 7th, 2025. Your refund will be processed within 2 weeks. - For cancellations within 2 weeks of your reservation date up to 2 days prior, we will charge 50% of the package price. Your partial refund will be processed within 2 weeks. - For a no show or cancellation 2 days (or less) prior to your reservation, we will charge 100% of the total cost. You will not receive a refund. - Dietary preferences, allergies, cancellations, and other special requests can be emailed to [email protected] , mentioning your package name, date, and reservation name.
