We accelerate the natural process of CO2 mineralisation - in which CO2 reacts with minerals to form stable carbonates from thousands of years - to a matter of hours, producing a carbon-negative powder that can replace conventional, heavily emitting cementitious materials. Having switched on the world's first continuous CO2 mineralisation demonstration plant, we are now scaling from startup execution into structured industrial operations. It is a fast-moving environment where pragmatism, ownership, and the ability to build things that work in the real world matter. The Role: As Technical Project Manager for Paebbl's Rotterdam (RDM) site, you will work within Paebbl's PMO, driving the planning, coordination and delivery of complex, cross-functional technical projects on the ground at RDM as we scale from demonstration plant to industrial operations. This is a hands-on, execution-first role .YouYou will partner closely with technical leads on-site to translate ever changing, fast-moving priorities into clear plans, dependencies and accountable owners, and you will personally chase down whatever is blocking the critical path.
