Our dedicated Green Officer manages this process on a daily basis - from planning to execution and monitoring. MVO Recycle 2 Sustainable in Practice Reducing CO₂ emissions We are switching all warehouse equipment and internal vehicles to electric. Truck routes are planned as efficiently as possible to limit emissions. Circularity & waste reduction We reuse boxes whenever possible and use returnable crates where applicable. We separate waste and actively monitor volumes to reduce residual waste. Origin & fair sourcing We prioritize regional sourcing and support farmers and producers who operate responsibly and transparently. In 2025, we'll publish a product overview ranked by local origin, carbon footprint, water use, packaging waste, and biodegradability. Energy and water use We're collecting data on our energy and water usage across production and storage to introduce measurable improvements in 2026. A safe and inclusive workplace We foster a safe, pleasant working environment where clear communication and mutual respect are key. Our team is diverse - many nationalities and cultures - and inclusivity is part of our DNA. Giving back to society We're exploring ways to donate surplus or near-expiry products to local food initiatives. We also aim to partner with community projects in our neighbourhood.
