Job Description M/F Full-time Luiten Greenhouses B.V. works worldwide to supply and install horticultural projects, production greenhouses, screening and aeration systems. We specialize in realizing turnkey projects in the horticulture and garden center industry. In this varied position as Service Coordinator for Screen Installations and Maintenance , you will be the point of contact for our customers when it comes to service, maintenance and breakdowns. You ensure that our technicians are efficiently scheduled, that the right materials are available and that the customer is informed clearly and on time. What will you do : - Coordinate and schedule service and maintenance work; - Maintain contact with customers on current and scheduled service requests; - Managing and supporting the service team (mechanics); - Register and handle service calls in our ERP system; - Preparation of service quotations and service reports; - Identify improvement opportunities in processes and customer satisfaction.
