As a Service Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to organize service and maintenance projects efficiently, bring structure to operations, and directly contribute to the high standards our clients have appreciated for many years. In this versatile role, you coordinate and manage the complete process surrounding service and maintenance activities - from initial request to execution and completion. You are the first point of contact, monitor progress, and ensure flawless delivery of both smaller follow-up activities and larger service projects. Servicecoördinatie & planning: - Receiving, registering, and prioritizing service requests - Preparing and monitoring the planning for your team of service technicians - Coordinating with clients, the Technical Manager, and fellow coordinators - Preparing reports and providing input for invoicing HoW do we work at Dophou?
