Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Role purpose: Drive financial performance and decision-making by delivering accurate reporting, forecasting, and business insights, while ensuring strong cost control and compliance. - Prepare and analyze monthly management reporting, KPIs, and variance explanations. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles with business stakeholders. - Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and investments. - Monitor revenue, margin, and cost development; identify risks and improvement opportunities. - Partner with operational leaders to translate business drivers into financial outcomes. - Support month-end close activities and ensure data quality across finance systems. - Maintain internal controls and contribute to audit readiness and policy compliance. - Produce clear dashboards and presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams. Required skills and qualifications - Finance expertise: Controlling, management accounting, and performance management. - Analytical skills: Strong variance analysis, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities. - Tools: Advanced Excel; experience with ERP and BI/reporting tools. - Business partnering: Ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions with data. - Communication: Clear, structured storytelling for financial and non-financial audiences. - Accuracy: High attention to detail, integrity, and ownership of deliverables.
