Manager, ERP Maersk Posted on Aug 10, 2026 The PeopleSoft ERP Manager's role is to supervise and maintain the organization's PeopleSoft application through best practices and the appropriate staffing and management of a technical team . The PeopleSoft ERP Manager is also responsible for planning and coordinating the processes required for the provision of the PeopleSoft application, interfaces and sub-systems . This individual will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the user group on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems . The PeopleSoft ERP Manager also functions as a hands-on Project Manager and analyst as needed to support business objectives . Key Responsibilities : - Evaluating , install ing, configuring , and deploy ing new applications, system interfaces, products, and enhancements to the existing PeopleSoft application. - Analyzing documentation and technical specifications of application upgrades/ enhancements under deployment or consideration to determine its intended functionality. - Managing the development and deployment of new PeopleSoft enhancements, upgrades, interfaces and related systems. - Ensuring that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues. - Leading and managing the performance of the application team and external resources in support of business operations. - Liaising with network administrators and software engineers to assist with quality assurance, program logic, and data processing. - Review ing and analyzing existing applications' effectiveness and efficiency and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems. - Develop ing and communicat ing training and documentation for end users, hold clinics as necessary, and other user-related activities. - Supporting...
