You work closely with other departments to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. - You play a key role in defining strategies for operations and maintenance, monitoring, and design improvement of the Electrical System and Equipment. Responsibilities • Drive continuous improvement in the design and operation of Electrical System and Equipment for the existing fleet and new builds • Contribute to the definition of governance processes, tools, and strategies to drive performance. • Support the definition and implementation of assurance processes. • Contribute to the development of maintenance programs and schedules. • Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting to promptly resolve systems and equipment issues. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies. • Participate in defining strategies for obsolescence management and execution of equipment upgrades, replacements, and new installations. • Provide technical support and guidance to operations and maintenance teams. • Respond promptly to critical issues by adjusting IEDs settings and PMS configurations, particu...
