From large hydraulic engineering works to offshore wind platforms and complex infrastructure projects. You will translate civil engineering issues into smart, feasible designs. Within Iv, you can go in several directions. In infrastructure, you will work on bridges, locks, quay walls, roads and urban redevelopment. In the water sector, you will calculate and draw plans for pumping stations, sewerage issues and water treatment plants. In offshore and energy projects, you provide civil engineering input for offshore wind platforms, but you can also work on onshore energy pylons. And in industry, you design foundations and concrete or steel structures for factories and heavy installations. Always in close collaboration with other disciplines. What do all these projects have in common? They are complex. They require collaboration. And they require engineers who look beyond the obvious. You will develop designs from preliminary to final design, test them against standards and monitor their technical feasibility. At Iv, we work on projects that others sometimes consider impossible.
