We are seeking a Real-Time Analyst (RTA) to join our dynamic team, reporting into the RTA Manager and RTA Team Lead. The Real-Time Analyst (RTA) team plays a pivotal role in sportsbook success — monitoring betting activity, identifying pricing inefficiencies, and mitigating risk to protect margin and grow profitability. As the first line of defence, the team takes immediate, real-time action to prevent margin leaks, detect suspicious betting activity, correct pricing inefficiencies that impact performance, and flag any issues with incoming feeds. The team works hand-in-hand with Trading, Player Optimisation, and Senior Management to drive real-time efficiency, sharpen market competitiveness, and deliver data-driven risk management across the sportsbook.
