We are seeking confident, guest-focused individuals who understand the importance of a warm welcome and can deliver a seamless, elevated experience from the moment guests arrive. The Venues Sirene Beach by GAIA An Aegean-inspired beach club where Mediterranean flavours, refined hospitality, and vibrant coastal energy come together in a distinctive beachfront experience. Shanghai Me A sophisticated Pan-Asian dining concept blending bold flavours, contemporary design, and an energetic yet refined atmosphere. KIGO A Japanese Omakase concept at Four Seasons Dubai, offering an intimate and elevated dining experience centred around Japanese culinary artistry and exceptional hospitality. Key Responsibilities Welcome and warmly greet all guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently. Coordinate closely with the service team to ensure a seamless dining or beach club experience. Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and discretion. Maintain strong knowledge of the venue, concept, menu, and daily operations. Recognise and accommodate the preferences of regular, VIP, and high-profile guests. Ensure the reception area and guest-facing spaces are maintained to the highest standards. Support the team in delivering an exceptional and personalised guest experience. Maintain impeccable grooming, presentation, and professional etiquette at all times. What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package. Work Visa and Medical Insurance.
