We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining service standards, managing the team, and achieving operational efficiency in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including waiters, supervisors, and support staff Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Monitor food and beverage service quality, presentation, and consistency Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline Train and motivate team members to maintain high service standards Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety regulations Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize operational wastage Prepare and maintain daily operational reports when required Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean, organized, and professional environment Support management in achieving sales and operational targets
