We are hiring experienced Crew Member for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused and well-presented Crew Member . The successful candidates will support daily café operations and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining the brand's quality and service standards Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards. Handle cashier/POS operations and process customer payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, dining area and workstations. Assist with food preparation, packing and presentation when required. Ensure products are properly displayed, fresh and available during service. Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures. Support the team during busy periods and maintain smooth service operations. Assist with opening and closing duties of the outlet. Handle customer queries and escalate complaints to the supervisor when required. Work effectively as part of a multicultural team.
