About the team: The Smart Grid Technology Lab focuses on research in real-time simulation technologies, microgrid energy management, control systems, and other smart grid technologies. We apply cutting-edge technologies to the digital power industry. The lab has developed into a research organization with significant achievements and a strong impact in the industry. About the job: Develop and optimize high-efficiency Supercharging Converter systems used in Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure, ensuring performance and high reliability. Create technical specifications and detailed schematics for Supercharging Converter designs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and mechanical engineers, to ensure seamless integration and operation of Supercharging Converter systems. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in power conversion, battery charging, and renewable energy systems. Participate in industry conferences and seminars to advance knowledge in supercharging technologies. Identify and define technical research directions and topics with the potential to significantly impact the industry and our company's mid-to-long-term business goals.
