We are looking for a qualified Advanced Practice Clinician to fill an available position at our Delta and Cedaredge locations in Colorado. Responsibilities: Performs examinations, obtains complete medical histories, and assess health status. Documents patient information and care in EHR. Orders and interprets laboratory and diagnostic tests and procedures. Prescribes medications and treats illnesses. Instructs patient/family regarding medications and treatments. Educates patients regarding medical conditions, treatments, medications, and preventative measures as necessary. Coordinates appropriate specialty referrals. Consults with or refers more complicated medical cases to physicians as needed. Maintains strict confidentiality, adheres to HIPAA guidelines and regulations. Performs other duties as assigned.
