Summary/Objective Reporting to the Client Success Supervisor, the Client Success Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Client Success Specialists with gathering and providing new client data to the financial planning department (balance sheets, GLs, investment statements, etc.) while maintaining confidentiality of client information. Essential Functions Maintain various financial planning systems by entering new and updated client account information which may include financial statements, investment holdings, debt schedule, personal lifestyles, and insurance policies Maintain client confidence and protects the Firm by keeping information confidential Maintain data entry requirements by following Firm processes and procedures Communicate with Client Success Specialist to ensure information is accurate and up to date Responsibilities and Duties Review client documents and prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information Process client and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies Verify entered client and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data Purge files as needed to eliminate duplication of data Assist Client Success Specialist as needed with communication to securely submit information to third parties Execute administrative tasks required when the Client Success Team receives new clients Maintain client database by adding new clients and updating existing client & entity information This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of essential functions or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
