Your mission <div style="border:0px solid;margin:0px 0px 24px;font-size:14px;line-height:20px;width:700px;font-family:Inter, '-apple-system', 'system-ui', 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', 'Open Sans', 'system-ui', '-apple-system', 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji';font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);"><p style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">We are looking for a dedicated specialist to take full ownership of the IT infrastructure and security operations for our Swedish office.</p></div> Responsibilities <ul><li>IT Administration & Support: Ensure the seamless operation of workstations (Windows, macOS, Linux) and local office infrastructure (Wi-Fi, LAN, VC).</li><li>User Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle regarding IT, including hardware provisioning, account setup (onboarding), and access revocation (offboarding).</li><li>Information Security: Implement and monitor cybersecurity standards (MFA, disk encryption, OS updates). In the defense sector, security is our highest priority.</li><li>Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and licenses, manage procurement, and handle service/warranty cases with vendors.</li><li>HQ Coordination: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Swedish team, collaborating with our global IT & Security teams in Germany to align local operations with global standards.</li></ul><br> Qualifications <ul><li>1.5+ years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or system administration.</li><li>Proficiency in Windows and macOS (Linux experience is a significant plus).</li><li>Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).</li><li>Nordic language is a must, swedish preferred. English level: B2 or higher for effective daily communication with colleagues in Germany.</li><li>Security-first mindset: A proactive approach to identifying risks and a high sense of responsibility.</li><li>Independence: Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve technical issues autonomously.</li></ul>Site note: this role is an office first position, home office once per week is possible.<br><br>Your contact for more details<br>Sally Grütte-Pad, Interim Lead TA Partner via [email protected] Nice to have <ul><li>Experience with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) or Identity Providers (Okta/SSO).</li><li>Basic scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell) for task automation.</li><li>Background in supporting engineering teams or working within the defense/international sector.</li></ul>
