Your mission <p style="margin:0.75rem 0px 0px;font:400 0.875rem/1.714 'Atlassian Sans', 'ui-sans-serif', '-apple-system', BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Ubuntu, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;color:rgb(41,42,46);text-transform:none;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">We are looking for a <strong>Power Electronics / High Voltage Hardware Engineer</strong> capable of designing and validating electronic systems that generate, regulate and distribute power for space propulsion applications.</span></p><p style="margin:0.75rem 0px 0px;font:400 0.875rem/1.714 'Atlassian Sans', 'ui-sans-serif', '-apple-system', BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Ubuntu, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;color:rgb(41,42,46);text-transform:none;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The ideal candidate has practical experience developing DC/DC converters, high-voltage electronics, and power conversion architectures, and is comfortable taking designs from concept through laboratory validation.</span></p><p style="margin:0.75rem 0px 0px;font:400 0.875rem/1.714 'Atlassian Sans', 'ui-sans-serif', '-apple-system', BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Ubuntu, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;color:rgb(41,42,46);text-transform:none;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">You will work closely with RF, Plasma, Systems and Mechanical Engineers to develop the next generation of electric propulsion hardware.</span></p><br><h3><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Key Responsibilities</span></h3><ul><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Design, develop and validate power electronics hardware for space propulsion systems.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop DC/DC converters, high-voltage power stages and power distribution architectures.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Support component selection, PCB design reviews, hardware debugging and thermal management solutions.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Define and execute laboratory testing, performance analysis and system validation activities.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Contribute to the development of future Power Processing Units (PPUs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.</li></ul> Your profile <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><ul><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Power Electronics or a related field.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">3+ years of experience in power electronics development.</li></ul><h3><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:18px;">Essential Technical Skills</span></h3><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Power Electronics</strong><br></span><ul><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience designing DC/DC converters and switched-mode power supplies (SMPS).</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Understanding of voltage conversion, control loops and converter stability.</li></ul><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>High Voltage</strong><br></span><ul><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience with high-voltage systems and circuits operating above 300V.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Knowledge of insulation, protection strategies and HV safety requirements.</li></ul><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Hardware Design</strong><br></span><ul><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Schematic capture, PCB design and analog circuit development.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience selecting power components such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, GaN or SiC devices.</li></ul><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Laboratory &amp; Validation</strong><br></span><ul><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Hardware bring-up, debugging and root cause analysis.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience using laboratory instrumentation and validating power electronics performance.</li></ul></div> Why us?
