This role is based full time (5 days a week) in our office in Oval. £60,000 - £71,500 OTE The Role We’re looking for a Lead Creative Producer to lead a new business unit focused on the creative production of our commercial content across podcast and social. You’ll line manage a team of Creative Producers and Video Editors, working closely with clients, Account Director, Account Managers, podcast producers, talent and the wider commercial team. The role takes projects from signed deal through to final delivery, owning the creative production workflow and ensuring work is delivered on time, to a high standard and with a great client experience. You’ll act as the creative link between clients and our shows, translating client objectives into content that feels authentic to Goalhanger and works for our talent and audiences. We’re looking for someone agile and flexible who can work across a growing range of clients, shows and formats, solve problems quickly and keep projects moving.What you’ll do:<ul sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none;">Work closely with the Account Director and Account Managers to agree timelines, manage sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none;">Act as the creative point of contact for clients throughout delivery, joining calls, sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none;">Work with podcast producers and talent to translate client objectives into content that sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none;">Lead creative treatments and production plans for shoots, clearly setting out the idea, sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none;">Work closely with Video Editors to ensure social and video content is delivered sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none;">Feed creative thinking back to the sales and partnerships teams, suggesting ideas or sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none;">Identify opportunities for new commercial formats using Goalhanger’s shows, talent and sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none;">Experience leading a creative production team and managing multiple projects at creative judgement and the ability to turn client objectives into engaging content that feels authentic to the show, talent and audience.</li><li
