We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Support Senior Administrator to join our friendly team based at our Lescaze site in Dartington. This pivotal role provides essential administrative and customer facing support to our MERs pathway, helping to ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional running of the service each day.
You will work closely with your business support colleagues, frontline clinicians, and Psychiatry Consultants, delivering collaborative, accurate, and reliable secretarial and administrative support across the team.
This is a permanent full time position working 37.5 hours per week, however applications for job share arrangements or part time hours of 30 hours per week will also be considered.

Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) comprises an Alliance of NHS organisations working together to improve health outcomes for children and young people in Devon.
CFHD provides integrated care and treatment for children and young people across physical and mental health which are provided by Torbay and South Devon Foundation Trust and Devon Partnership Trust. We are working closely with other organisations and providers to ensure we deliver locality and county-wide based integrated access to all of our services.
CFHD works closely with our local universities of Plymouth, Exeter & the Peninsula Medical School where we support students in clinical training placements and in addition support our own staff to undertake post graduate training.
Our integrated care and treatment has been developed and refined in partnership with children, young people and their families/carers.

Experience Essential
Computer Literate Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel Willing to undertake training relevant to the post Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 1 year)
Desirable
Good knowledge of a wide range of office procedures Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 2 years) Experience within a customer care, healthcare, education or social care setting
Qualifications Essential
Good general education e.g. GCSEs or equivalent

NVQ level 3 Business Administration or equivalent experience
