Job summary
To provide general administration to all CAMHS Clinicians and Managers, and their teams.
The post holder will work within an exciting service - "Aspire", which is an Intensive Day Service, within the CAMHS Eating Disorder Pathway as part of a targeted team of mental health professionals in delivering an effective service.
The post holder will be required to work in a busy and demanding environment and should be able to work without direct supervision and to exercise initiative. The ability to multi-task is also essential.
Main duties of the job
Based within a busy environment, the post holder will have responsibility for providing a confidential, professional, efficient and responsive administrative support service including supporting the lead, collating figures and producing reports.
The post holder will be need to be professional, well-organised, team orientated, experienced and highly motivated to join our multi-disciplinary team
Applicants should have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft office applications and patient information systems.

Qualifications Essential
oEnglish & Math's GCSE or equivalent oGood standard of written and spoken English

oNVQ Admin
Experience Essential
oAdvanced Administration skills at a senior level oHealth/Social care patient information systems oHealth/Social care patient information systems oWorking as part of an administrative team for at least a year

oReception duties on a Health or Social Care setting oExperience in a health/mental health, education or social services setting
Knowledge Essential
