About this role

Job summary At WithYou, we work with people on their own goals, whether that's staying safe and healthy, making small changes or stopping an unwanted habit altogether. We give people support in a way that's right for them either face to face in their local service, community or online. We use our expertise to improve the help available and raise awareness around drugs, alcohol and mental health so that more people can get support.

Main duties of the job WithYou are recruiting for a Finance Business Change Project Manager, to join us as a key member of our Finance and Resources directorate. We're looking to hear from individuals who have the knowledge and expertise to play a pivotal role in the transformation of our Finance systems. WithYou is investing heavily in technology and data to support our strategic ambitions and drive improvements in our operating model. While technology is our enabler, business change is our ultimate outcome.

Our financial systems transformation leads the way. We are rethinking and redesigning our financial processes and reporting as we consolidate from three legacy financial systems - including one 20-year-old core finance system - into a single, leading ERP platform. As the Finance Business Change Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end business change across our financial processes and reporting. This transformation will impact all 1500+ staff and volunteers across the organisation. Working closely with our chosen ERP provider, you will oversee two major phases of implementation, ensuring successful project delivery through structured governance, clear communication and robust stakeholder engagement.

You will be based from home, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, with a salary of between £52,507.73 - £70,735, depending on experience.
