About this role

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join our dynamic Talent for Care team.

We are looking for an administrator to support our apprenticeship programmes, as well as other aspects of the TFC agenda. We are an innovative and dynamic team at the forefront of developing staff within ESNEFT.

We are looking for an approachable, motivated and enthusiastic team member who understands the importance of providing a consistent, precise and dependable service in a fast-paced environment. This is a diverse role where the post holder will be a central member for supporting data governance, information & advice, design marketing materials and attend apprenticeship events, held both internally and external.

Spanning ESNEFTs two acute sites, the post holder will ideally hold a full driving licence and access to a vehicle in order to support events (although this is not essential).

Main duties of the job

To provide a professional, confidential and proactive administrative service to the Team as the first point of contact to staff and external stakeholders contacting the Department Support the Team with comprehensive administrative tasks To facilitate the smooth running of the service under the direction and supervision of senior colleagues To act as an ambassador for the Department and for the Trust, as the first point of contact to the Department To contribute effectively to ensure KPIs are achieved

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

GCSE A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English

Experience Essential

Experience of working in an administrative environment Working within a team

Desirable

Experience of working within the Apprenticeship industry Experience of working for the NHS

Knowledge Essential

Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook

Desirable

Working knowledge of design tool - Canva
