Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE As a Gardener at a Barchester care home, you'll help create the kind of stimulating environment that enables us to deliver quality, person-centred care. Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

General gardening experience is required along with a good understanding of health and safety regulations. The ability to use garden treatment chemicals in accordance with COSHH regulations is essential. Additionally, a passion for the outdoors, patience, empathy, professionalism, and being a team player are important personal attributes for this role.
