Store Supervisor - Full Time We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team in EUROSPAR Summerhill. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service. Ensure that the store is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing to customers. Manage and motivate a team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Monitor and analyse sales performance, setting goals and taking action to drive sales and meet targets. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Implement store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new store associates. Conduct regular store meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations to the team. Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies for improving store performance and profitability.
