About this role
Scope: 1. Translate in-game text, UI, and related marketing materials from ZH-CN to KO with accuracy and cultural nuance 2. Review/revise translated content to ensure quality, consistency, and terminology alignment 3. Perform LQA to identify and report linguistic issues (grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, consistency, etc.) 4. Collaborate with dev/localization teams; join creative discussions when needed to avoid cultural misunderstandings Setup: On-site – Danling Street, Haidian District, Beijing, China Duration: Around 3 months Schedule: core business hours, Mon–Fri, 8 hours/day Contract type: Freelance Game Genres : Action RPG/Adventure/Dark Wuxia Preferred Background 1. Native-level Korean and fluent Mandarin 2. 2+ years of game localization experience in ZH-CN > KO 3. Familiar with localization tools/CMS (nice to have) 4. Strong attention to detail, proactive communication, team-oriented 5. Passion for gaming and awareness of mobile gaming trends 6.
