Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for a luxury 5-star hotel. The successful candidate will independently manage recruitment activities from manpower requisition and sourcing through selection, offer management, pre-employment formalities, and onboarding. The role requires a strong understanding of luxury hospitality recruitment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from approved manpower requisition through to candidate onboarding. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job profiles, and recruitment priorities. Prepare and post vacancies across appropriate recruitment channels, including ATS, job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms. Proactively source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through direct sourcing, talent pools, referrals, agencies, social media, and other channels. Conduct HR interviews and competency-based assessments where required. Coordinate and manage interviews with hiring managers and senior stakeholders. Manage reference checks, background verification, pre-employment documentation, and other recruitment formalities. Own the onboarding process from offer acceptance through joining, ensuring all required documentation and pre-employment requirements are completed on time. Prepare and coordinate new joiner documentation, induction schedules, welcome arrangements, and orientation activities. Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, open days, university recruitment, and other talent acquisition initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, hospitality schools, universities, and other external recruitment partners. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes and enhance the overall candidate experience.
