This role combines front desk guest service with important overnight administrative and operational tasks. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Welcoming guests and handling check-in and check-out procedures Being the main point of contact for guests during the night shift, including handling late arrivals or guest requests Performing the night audit: reconciling the day’s financial activity and generating reports Ensuring system accuracy for room types, rates, and availability Completing security checks and maintaining public area cleanliness Providing a clear and accurate handover to the morning shift
