About this role
We are seeking a Nominee Director to assist with basic corporate compliance requirements. This is a part-time, non-operational appointment with very limited involvement. The initial setup may take approximately 1–2 hours, followed by occasional tasks once or twice during the year. Key Responsibilities: Act as the appointed UK Nominee Director. Sign relevant company and banking documents remotely. Assist with occasional corporate compliance matters. Compensation: £100 - £125 per month.
