The Opportunity: Senior Site Reliability Engineer We are growing rapidly and pushing boundaries in secure, cloud-native digital services. We’re seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer who thrives on impact and innovation. You’ll be part of a collaborative and diverse team, contributing directly to our SaaS platform built with TypeScript and .NET technologies in a public cloud environment. What You’ll Do You’ll work across engineering to continuously improve the reliability, resilience and security of the Ockto platform. Design, build and automate secure, scalable AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD. Drive reliability and resilience through observability (monitoring, logging, alerting), incident response, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery / business continuity. Strengthen our cloud security posture and operate the controls behind our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 commitments — IAM, secrets management, hardening, and native tooling such as GuardDuty, Security Hub and CloudTrail. Keep cloud cost efficient, balancing performance and resilience against spend. Drive structured adoption of AI-assisted development workflows (code assistants, automated testing, spec-to-code pipelines). Uphold privacy and ethical standards, recognising the responsibility that comes with managing people’s most personal data.
