Assist and support Women’s Basketball program at the University of Pikeville
• Assist with coach responsibilities related to marketing, organization, and operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities and Career Competencies:
• Assist with creating, scheduling, and posting approved content for Women’s Basketball social media and digital communication channels, including game-day, team, event, and promotional content. (C, T, P)
• Help develop basic marketing and promotional materials, such as graphics, announcements, flyers, social media posts, and other approved content that supports team visibility and engagement. (C, T, CT)
• Assist with organizing team-related information, schedules, calendars, event details, files, and other materials needed to support day-to-day basketball operations. (P, T, CT)
• Support planning and coordination of team events, promotions, community engagement activities, recruiting-related functions, or special projects as directed by coaching staff. (TW, C, L, CTR)
• Gather, organize, and maintain information that may be used for social media, team communications, promotional activities, or program records while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and professionalism. (P, C, T)
• Work collaboratively with coaches and other staff on assigned projects, communicate progress, ask questions when clarification is needed, and take increasing responsibility for tasks as skills develop. (TW, CSD, P, C)
