Job Summary:
The position is responsible for all aspects of strategic and day-to-day sales and operations function to achieve short- and long-term growth and profitability across China, Singapore, and southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
• Leads China & Southeast Asia organization with full P&L responsibility.
• Oversees, monitors, and evaluates overall Regional/Country performance and implements actions necessary to enable strong business performance.
• Directs the preparation of budgets and proposals for annual and long-term business plans including capital expenditure and investments.
• Oversees Local Assembly & Service Center Factory results.
• Supports & guides Global SPW & EPC Production and Project Management.
• Leads, coaches, evaluates, and develops a team of senior managers with sales and operational responsibilities to ensure that the organization achieves its business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
• Reviews and monitors all financial activity to ensure the integrity of the financial data, as well as full compliance with all corporate, company, government and regulatory directives and guidelines.
Principal Duties:
• Secures safety of the people, processes, and products. Takes responsibility to create a positive safety culture, always focusing on employee and visitor safety while ensuring all safety procedures and practices are in place in the facility and actively being followed.
• Provides leadership and guidance to meet established business plan targets by actively communicating with and providing guidance to the operations and sales leaders in the region/country.
• Owns and executes the annual strategic growth and operating plan consistent with the objectives of the business.
• Leads operations, supply chain and logistics to assure a high level of customer satisfaction with on-time delivery, quality, and cost.
• Develops and implements strategic sales and marketing plans within company guidelines to achieve company sales targets including sales volume and margin across capital equipment and after-sales.
• Builds high-performance culture by establishing and demonstrating acceptable and preferred behaviors consistent with overall company culture.
• Identify, develop, and appoint leaders to build an organization of proactive, self-starting, and accountable employees that demonstrate a customer-first and team-focused attitude.
• Maintains active involvement in human resources matters including Union and employee relations.
• Regularly reviews business risks and opportunities and makes recommendations to senior management.
• Prepares accurate and timely business update reports in preparation for review with management.
• Maintains an awareness of significant business trends that could impact regional/country business and shares this data with company leadership.
• Monitors regional/country compliance with company policies and procedures, including compliance with regional/country laws, rules and regulations and Group Corporate Governance standards that impact sales and operations.
• Demonstrates adherence to and responsibility for departmental budgets, workforce, and capital plans.

Education, Qualifications and Experience:
• Four -Year Degree in Engineering, Business or Technology, MBA desired.
• A minimum of 15 years’ experience in leadership positions in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, spoken and written.
• Experience leading organizations across China and Southeast Asia region.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in using ERP-related business systems.
