Sales Plan & Financial Awareness

• Understand the sales plan and financial targets set by leadership for the department, and how day-to-day reservations work contributes to them.

• Proactively flag early signs of concern - booking pace, conversion, capacity gaps - to the Reservations Manager rather than waiting for it to show up in the numbers.
